The Huntington and Langham Estate offers all inclusive residential and dementia care surrounded by the wonderful Surrey countryside. We are able to cater for a variety of care needs in our two specialist care homes: Huntington House where we offer short Respite stays, or permanent residential and nursing care; whilst Langham Court is our home that specialises in dementia care.
Spring Respite Offer
This Spring we are offering anyone who comes to stay at the Huntington and Langham Estate for respite, the opportunity to receive a full refund* of up to 2 weeks of the cost of their respite stay, if they then become a permanent resident. *Terms and conditions apply.

- Only applies to new respite stays booked after 1st March 2024. No retrospective claims for respite stays before this date.
- Includes single occupancy, couples, all rooms and care types.
- Two week minimum respite stay required. There is no maximum length.
- Only applicable when signing a permanent contract within 3 months of the end of the respite stay. Entitles you to a refund of 2 weeks of the respite fees.
- Permanent residency must last a minimum of 6 weeks to qualify for the refund.
- Refund will be made within 90 days of moving in as a reduction on the permanent stay fees. No cash alternative will be offered. This offer can only be redeemed once.
- Respite and permanent stays are subject to availability and shall be in line with our residency agreement.
- H&L estate reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time
