Let our family look after yours

"The Huntington & Langham Estate is a real family venture, with a person-centred approach at its core. Built around Marilyn’s ethos, we're all passionate about the care we offer. She opened Huntington House in 1978, and, to this day, is still hands-on with the staff and people living here. Now, with her children Charlie and Sarah heavily involved, and husband, Geoff, on-hand to help too, the family and our expert team maintain the highest standard of care. Compassion remains at the heart of it all, and has been so for more than 40 years."

What makes the
Huntington & Langham Estate different?

Huntington House and Langham Court comprise residential homes that are nestled on a 30-acre estate. Featuring horses, sheep and chickens near the homes and a wide variety of wild birds in the woodland, the estate bursts with abundant greenery and wildlife. There are also several beautiful walking routes through the estate if you’d like to explore. We’re just a stone’s throw from Hindhead Commons and the Devil’s Punch Bowl, too.

The stunning Victorian house, known as Huntington, was carefully renovated by Marilyn back in 1977. It's since undergone many extensions and maintenance to keep it looking fresh, contemporary and homely, but still with many of its original features. These days, it enjoys a wonderful reputation, with a fantastic rating on carehome.co.uk for its expert residential and nursing care in Surrey.

Langham Court was built into a slope in 2013, giving it two ground floors. This meant that people living on both levels could benefit from access to the beautiful gardens, along with stunning views of the horse fields and forest through their floor-to-ceiling windows. Its grass-covered roof helps it to seamlessly blend into its surroundings, complementing the natural landscape.

A real family affair, The Huntington & Langham Estate in Surrey has been home to four generations of the Hoare family. That’s why we believe a large part of our care is down to the way we live, which is just like a large family, complete with long-serving staff and everyone living here with us. Charlie and Sarah grew up here, and helped by mowing the lawns and washing up as teenagers - and now, their children are growing up on the estate, too!

Our care home in Surrey is conveniently located just off the A3 and borders three counties – Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire. Our estate is just outside the charming village of Grayshott, complete with many shops, tea rooms, restaurants and amenities, and just a stone’s throw from Liphook and Haslemere too. If you live nearby and are looking for the ideal place for yourself or your loved one to live in a safe environment with high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care in Surrey, why don’t you come to see us and have a look around? There’s plenty of parking here and, of course, you'll be greeted with a very warm welcome. Let our family look after yours.
